Thanks to our friends at Instacart, we are providing qualifying families with $125 in monthly Instacart Health Fresh Funds stipends for three months upon relocation to Fort Hood. Armed Services YMCA provides programs tailored to support the military community, like the Patriots Pantry. ASYMCA also offers several health and fitness classes and children’s programs, including drop-in care for members, camp opportunities, and before and after care for elementary school students.
Steven A. Cohen Military Family Clinic at Endeavors provides various mental health and wellness programs for military families. In addition to in-person and virtual mental health care services, the Cohen Clinic also offers financial, employment, and marriage workshops, cooking classes, yoga, and more.
Food Care Center has provided food support to families in the community for over 35 years. Families can visit during business hours and receive a variety of grocery items including canned and packaged goods, bakery items, meats, dairy, and fresh produce.
Army Community Service, located in the Shoemaker Building on base, provides support with financial readiness, counseling, employment, and connection to community resources.
